Project Name: The Union
Two blocks from the shores of South Lake Union and adjacent to Capstone’s 345,000 square foot Dexter Station office project, The Union is a podium-style apartment project located at the north end of the South Lake Union Neighborhood within easy walking distance of Amazon.com’s 10 million square foot campus, the new 600,000 square foot Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the expanding UW South Lake Union medical campus, the new South Lake Union Park, and a wide range of other employers, restaurants, services and amenities.
