Since its inception in 2002, the Capstone Seattle team has enjoyed considerable success including the development and acquisition of over 2.2 million square feet of office, residential and industrial projects. Capstone has self financed projects and executed projects with pension funds and high net investors.

Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Mike was a Managing Director with Trammell Crow Company with responsibility for marketing in the western United States. Over his 12 years with Trammell Crow Company, Mike had numerous roles including Managing Director, Principal, City Leader, Brokerage Leader, and Portfolio Manager. His clients include: The Boeing Company, Microsoft, Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound, Swedish Hospital, Regence Blue Shield, California Public Employees, California State Teachers, Kennedy and Associates, and RREEF.

Mike is Founder and Board member of Charter Bank in Bellevue, Washington and is a Co-Chair of KidsQuest Children’s Museum in also in Bellevue, Washington.

Mike received an MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics from Pomona College. He lives in Seattle with his wife Rachel and triplet children, Matthew, John and Holly.
