Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Martha was based in San Francisco and was responsible for west region real estate acquisitions, most recently as a Director for Morgan Stanley, and previously as a Principal for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Martha began her real estate career in 1986 as a commercial appraiser, initially in Reno, Nevada (where she grew up), and then as a Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco and New York City. Martha has personally sourced, negotiated, directed and closed over $1 Billion in real estate investments for a diverse group of pension, REIT, and private fund clients. Martha’s investment experience reflects all asset classes and a variety of risk profiles. Martha and her husband, Scott, enjoy flying their small airplane, bicycling, hiking, fly fishing and traveling. MShelley@capstone-partners.com |
