Kirk Johnson

Prior to co-founding Capstone Partners, Kirk spent 16 years with Trammell Crow Company in a variety of leadership roles including Area President for the Northwest and Northern California and as a member of the investment and operating committees.

Kirk brings to Capstone Partners his experience in real estate investment and development (over $1.3 billion of projects), real estate finance (over $400 million of portfolio financings), entity formation, and asset management (over $4 billion of assets in all product types).

Kirk received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Washington, is a CPA, and is active in public service organizations.
