Dexter Station

Project Name: Dexter Station

Capstone Partners sought out land large enough to accommodate its vision for this 351,731 square foot speculative office project.  Designed for technology companies and how those companies use space, this facility has 38,000 square foot average floors, 13’ floor to floor ceiling heights, two and half times the typical power and HVAC capacities, conference facilities, bike storage, and 7 roof decks.  This LEED Gold, state of the art, 10-story, Class A office building boasts some of the best views in all of the South Lake Union neighborhood.  Dexter Station was the first major speculative office project to launch after the 2008 Great Recession putting the project almost a year ahead of the rest of the market. Facebook signed a long term lease in early 2015 for 275,000 square feet with an option for the remaining space.  To design the build-out, Facebook has engaged famed architectural firm Frank Gehry LLP out of Los Angeles known for Facebook’s new world headquarters as well as the design of The Guggenheim Museum and The Experience

Museum Project.
