Capstone Partners LLC provided advisory services for the value-add investment of existing 420,690 square foot industrial property situated on approximately 17 acres with additional retail development potential.

Advisory services were provided from the initial investment underwriting through purchase offer, acquisition due diligence, and transaction closing which occurred in August 2005.

Additionally, Capstone Partners LLC provided strategic development advisory services for the layout, design and marketing of Halsey Corners, a ground up 11,009 SF, three building retail center on the excess land.
